| Exchange Disseminated Time 18/05/2018 17:03:38 | Mauria Udyog Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, to consider, approve and to take on record, the following business items:
1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018.
2. Annual Audited Financial Statement comprising of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2018, the Statement of Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended on that date together with the Notes thereon.
3. To consider recommendation of final dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18, if any.
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct formulated thereunder, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed for the insiders of the Company from May 19, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
