Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Reg. 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company Shall remain closed from Saturday, the 22.09.2018 to Friday, the 28.09.2018 (both days inclusive) for taking record of Members of the Company for the purpose of 34th AGM.
Pursuant to the provision of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (M & A) Rules, 2014 and Reg. 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, the 21.09.2018 as Cut-Off date to determine the entitlement of Members to participate in voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 34th AGM of the Company. The Company would be availing e-voting services of CDSL.
