Further, for the aforesaid purpose, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 27th October,2018 to 7th November, 2018 (both days inclusive) for designated employees including Promoter, Promoter Group and Directors of the Company.
