The signed copy of the results, auditors reports and declaration for unmodified opinion are enclosed.
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.60 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 80% to the equity shareholders for the year ended on 31 March, 2018, subject to approval by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The interim dividend of Rs. 1.20 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 60% was paid to the equity shareholders, during the quarter ended on 31 March,2018, therefore, the total dividend for the financial year ended on 31 March 2018 aggregates to Rs. 2.80 per equity share of Rs. 2 each i.e. 140%.
