We hereby inform that in terms of the Insider Trading Code of the Bank, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in Securities of the Bank shall remain closed from Wednesday, September 26, 2018 upto two Trading Days after the date of declaration Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending September 30, 2018, for Bank's Employees / Directors / Promoters and other Connected Persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated shortly.
