The Board also approved appointment of Mr. Charles Billard as Whole time Director for a period of 5 years with effect from 25th July 2018 subject to approval of the Central Government and the members of the Company.
Mr. Charles Billard is not related to any Director of the Company. He is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
