2. Resignation of Mr. Saurabh Sanghvi as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 12th June, 2018.
3. Appointment of Mr. Praveen Bhatnagar as Whole-time Director of the Company with effect from 12th June, 2018.
4. Appointment of Mr. Saurabh Sanghvi as Non-Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 12th June, 2018.
5. Board has declared dividend at the rate of 5 (Five) paise per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2018 subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
