| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/04/2018 18:26:36 | Automotive Axles Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be convened on May 08, 2018, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Year ended March 31, 2018.
The Board of Directors in the aforesaid meeting will also consider the recommendation of payment of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18.
Further as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company will remain close from Apnl 30, 2018 to May 10, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
