With the additional 21% equity, the Company's stake in Fresher's World increases from 30% to 51% and Fresher's World will become subsidiary of TeamLease Services Limited post completion of the transaction.
We enclose herewith the details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CHUCFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 as an Annexure. |
