| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/05/2018 15:42:34 | Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2018, inter alia, have approved the following:
- The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on June 15, 2018.
Accordingly, the final dividend payment date intimated earlier vide letter dtd: February 20, 2018, as May 10, 2018 has been revised and now the final dividend will be payable on and from June 19, 2018 subject to approval by the shareholders at the AGM.
There is no change in the Book Closure date which was informed vide letter dtd: February 20, 2018. |
