As required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Ministry of Coal, Government of India, vide letter no.21/45/2018/BA dt.8th October,2018 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority for entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Director(Finance) of the Company to Shri.Rakesh Kumar, Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company w.e.f.28.09.2018. Accordingly,Shri.Rakesh Kumar, Chairman cum Managing Director holds the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 28.09.2018.
