His resignation has been accepted by the Company on May 03,2023 and he will be relieved from his services w.e.f. May 31, 2023.
The Company is in the process of appointing suitable candidate for his replacement by May 31, 2023.
The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 are attached herewith as 'Annexure'.
