We reproduce below the circular issued by the undersigned to the specified employees in this regard.
'This it to inform that, from the opening of business in Stock Exchange on 31st July 2018, trading (selling, transfer, buying, pledging dealing) of IMIL shares is not permitted by you and your dependents (Parents, Spouse, Sisters, Brothers and Children). This is due to the proposed adoption of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2018 at the Board meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 8th August 2018.
Trading will be resumed from 11th August 2018 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange.'
