This is to inform you that M/s. V. S. Lalpuria & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company have resigned as Statutory Auditor with effect from the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
This is further to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 25th August, 2018, has recommended M/s. Bhuta Shah & Co. LLP (FR No. W100100) to the shareholders for appointment as the Statutory Auditor to fill the Casual Vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. V. S. Lalpuria & Co. The shareholders will consider appointment of M/s. Bhuta Shah & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditor of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
