(Thirty Eight Thousand) of Employee Stock Options under Skipper Employee Stock Option Plan, 2015 (4th tranche), to the eligible employees of the Company. The same is exercisable into same number of Equity Shares subject to vesting period of 4 years, exercise period of 5 years and at an exercise price of Rs. 200/- per share.
The grant of the above options is in line with SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
