Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2018 recording a - 42 % increase in Revenues at
Rs.1,120.39 Crs and - 63 % increase in the profits at Rs.409.14 Crs alongwith declaration of
first Interim Dividend of 100%.
At the said Board of Directors Meeting and Remuneration Committee Meeting held earlier
today, Mr. Kalanithi Maran, Chairman and Mrs. Kavery Kalanithi, Executive Director have
expressed their intention to voluntarily limit their remuneration (including salary and
exgratia/bonus) for the Current Financial Year 2018-19 to a sum not exceeding the
remuneration (including salary and exgratia/bonus) earned by them in the previous Financial
Year 2017-18. The Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors have taken on record
the same. |
