This is further to our letter dated February 12, 2018, intimating that an application under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, by one of its vendors, namely, Premier Power Products (Calcutta) Private Limited, was listed for hearing before the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal.
This is to inform you that the Company has concluded and signed a Settlement Agreement dated 28th February, 2018, with Premier Power Products (Calcutta) Private Limited. The Settlement Agreement is towards full and final settlement of the disputed claim, and an in principle agreement to withdraw the petition filed against the Company by Premier Power Products (Calcutta) Private Limited before the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal.
