Further, as per Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, notice of the Board Meeting would also be available on the website of the Company i.e. www.geeceeventures.com, BSE Limited i.e. www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange of India Limited i.e. www.nseindia.com.
As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Internal Code for Prevention of Insider, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from 1st August, 2018 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 8th August, 2018.
