Post-closing of the voting period on June 1, 2018, the scrutinizer has submitted its report on the results of Postal Ballot (including E-voting) on June 2, 2018.
Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the special resolution in the aforesaid Postal Ballot Notice has been passed with the requisite majority by the members of the Company.
