Dear Sir/Madam,
We wish to inform you that the Company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement for acquisition of the business of M/s. Ajanta Packaging, India on a slump sale basis, based on an enterprise valuation of Rs 1003 million. This acquisition will help the Company in consolidating its position in Pressure Sensitive Label business.
In this regard, the Disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and. Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No.CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 is given in the Annexure.
