1. First Quarter (Q1) ending on 30.06.2018
2. Second Quarter (Q2) ending on 30.09.2018
3. Third Quarter (Q3) ending on 31.12.2018.
As per the provisions of Regulation 33 (3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company will submit Standalone & Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2018-19 to the Stock Exchanges (BSE & NSE).
