| Exchange Disseminated Time 11/05/2018 11:15:04 | Insecticides (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, to consider the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 20 18 and to recommend a dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018.
As per the provisions of Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the term of 'Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 11 , 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive) i.e. May 28, 2018 for
dealing in the securities of the Company for all designated employees of the Company. Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company and their immediate relative are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Company's shares during the
aforesaid period. |
