Further, pursuant to Regulations 46 and 47 of LODR, notice of the aforesaid Meeting is also being published in newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Company. The financial results so approved will also be published pursuant to the provisions of LODR.
Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from Thursday, July 12, 2018 to Tuesday, July 31, 2018 (both days inclusive).
