In compliance of Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Mr. Bhavdeep Singh, Chief Executive Officer, has resigned from his position by communication dated November 08, 2018. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and accepted his resignation.
At the request of the Board, Mr. Singh has agreed to continue in his current capacity till such time his succession planning is crystallised.
The Chairman, on behalf of the Board, has placed on record their deep appreciation for the leadership provided by Mr. Singh in steering the organisation over the past three and a half years. In particular, during the past two years of high turbulence, his tenacity and perseverance have been instrumental in keeping the organisation steady through a very challenging period in the company's history.
