The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 22nd September 2018 to Friday, 28th September 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of reckoning the entitlement of the shareholders/beneficiaries for the payment of dividend @ Rs. 1.20/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the F.Y. 2017-18 and the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
