No. FHL/SEC/STEX/RR/2018-19 dated April 19, 2018 whereby, it was informed that the Board of Directors of Fortis Healthcare Limited ('the Company') has received an improved binding offer ('Improved Offer') from Hero / Munjals and Burmans to invest directly into the Company.
It is hereby informed that the Company has received on April 22, 2018 a letter extending the validity period, as attached herewith, of Improved Offer till May 4, 2018, and all other terms and conditions of the Improved Offer remain unchanged.
We will keep the stock exchanges updated/informed in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
