This is with reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform you that, Mr. Shankarlal Agarwal (Promoter and Erstwhile Managing Director) sold his 53845 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, representing 0.23% of the total paid equity shares of the Company, on 23rd April 2018 and Intimated to the Company on 24th April 2018. The transaction executed by Mr. Shankarlal Agarwal was without filling of pre-requisite disclosures, as require under the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company. Further, the transaction was executed during the period of closure of trading window. The matter has been placed before the board for appropriate decision.
