In this regard we would like to inform you that there is an apparent mistake in the outcome submitted yesterday.
It has been stated in the outcome that Mr. Rachit Garg had resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company which is an apparent mistake on our part. Infact the Board of Directors in the adjourned meeting held yesterday has appointed Mr. Rachit Garg as an Additional Director of the Company. We regret the mistake & assure you that such mistakes shall not be repeated in future. We therefore request you to kindly condone the same & appointment of Mr. Rachit Garg as an Additional Director in the Company may kindly be taken as records & oblige.
