SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated April 20, 2018 read with circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP3/CIR/P/2018/115 dated July 16, 2018 has directed to the Company through their RTA to collect PAN and Bank Account details of all shareholders who are holding shares in physical form.
In this regard, the Company has sent Letters to the shareholders holding shares in physical form informing them to update their PAN and Bank Account details. Enclosed herewith please find a copy of the Letter sent to the shareholders.
