In continuation to our announcement dated September 24, 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from Water Resource Department, Kota, Rajasthan for a new EPC project 'Navnera Barrage (Dam) under Phase 1/A', in the state of Rajasthan.
We undertake to update you in case of any further developments in relation to the above said Project.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from October 4, 2018 to October 8, 2018 (both day inclusive). |
