3) Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 15th September, 2018 to Saturday, 22nd September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for ascertaining the members who would be entitled to the dividend whose name appear on Register of Members as on Friday, 14th September, 2018 that may be declared at the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend if approved by the members at the aforesaid agm, will be paid on or after 3rd October, 2018 to the shareholders entitled to receive the same.
