Sub: Intimation regarding closure of Trading Window
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for 'Designated Persons' from Saturday, June 23, 2018 till 48 hours after announcement of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges.
Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
