In reference to the above circular, the Paid up Equity Capital (Diluted Basis) of Walchand PeopleFirst Limited is 29,03,890 shares.

The Company has appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) as its Designated Depository for the purpose of monitoring its foreign investments.
