We are also pleased to inform you that pursuant to the provision of Regulation 44(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 & under Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with the Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules 2014 the Company is pleased to provide members of the Company to cast their votes through electronic means for the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29th September 2018.
