Further the company is providing e-voting by remote e-voting. The e-voting period will be commence at 9.00 A.M. on Thursday, September 27, 2018 and ends at 5.00 P.M. on Saturday, September 29, 2018. The cut-off date for reckoning voting right of shareholders/ beneficial owners for the purpose of e-voting and voting at the Annual General Meeting shall be Sunday, September 23, 2018.
