a) Annual General Meeting
The 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 9.00 A.M. at 'Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Memorial Trust' (Ambedkar Bhavana), Miller's Road, Vasanthnagar, Bengaluru - 560 052, to transact the business as detailed in the enclosed Notice.
b) Book Closure
We wish to inform you that pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder, the Register of Members, Register of Debenture holders and Securities Transfer(s) Books of the Company shall remain closed in connection with the Annual General Meeting from Saturday, September 22, 2018 to Friday, September 28, 2018 (both days inclusive).
