Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Fair Trade Practices and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading of the Company, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from the 25th Day of October 2018 till the 14th Day of November 2018 (Both days inclusive).
