The said Press Release is as under:
"We are pleased to inform that Trigyn Technologies Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Intamin Transportation Limited located at Schaan, Liechtenstein.
The MOU is to jointly explore possibilities of providing engineering services, customer support for case by case specific Monorail Transportation Projects in India and other potential markets.
The transaction entered is not a related party transaction under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
The promoters of Trigyn Technologies Limited are not interested in this contract apart from being a promoter."
