1. Adopting, approving and taking on record the Audited financials results of the company for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
2. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
Further, as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for the company's Directors, officers, designated employees and other connected persons of the company from 22nd May, 2018 till the completion of Forty Eight hours after the Audited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
