We wish to inform you that the 41 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 28th day of September, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Gat No. 614, Village Kuruli, Tal. Khed, Pune-410501 (MH).
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Reg. 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company Shall remain closed from Saturday, the 22.09.2018 to Friday, the 22018 (both days inclusive) for taking record of Members of the Company for the purpose of 41 Annual General Meeting.
Pursuant to the provision of Section 108 of the CA, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, the 21.09.2018 as Cut-Off date to determine the entitlement of Members to participate in voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 41 AGM of the Company.
