| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/05/2018 16:57:02 | Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18.
Further, as per the provisions of the Company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code with effect from May 17, 2018 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 to the public. |
