1. Financial Results
The Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Audit Reports of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
2. Final Dividend
To consider and recommend Final Dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, for approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. Closing of Trading Window
Pursuant to the provisions of the Company’s Policy on Insider Trading (the “Policy”) formulated to regulate and report trading by insiders pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the “Trading Window” for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders from May 02, 2018 to May 11, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
