Officer of the Company has been elevated as an additional director and
whole-time director, with the designation of Executive Director for a period of
5 years with effect from 1 January 2019, subject to his appointment being
approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be
held in July 2019.
Pursuant to the directions of the SEBI, we hereby inform that Shri Rakesh Sharma is not debarred from holding the Office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other such authority and therefore, he is not disqualified to be appointed as a Director. |
