Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Twenty-eighth Annual General of the Company has been scheduled to be held at 3:00 P.M. at Ghalib Seminar Hall, Aiwan-e-Ghalib Marg, (Mata Sundri Lane), New Delhi- 110002 on Friday, 28th September, 2018. The register of members and share transfer books of the Company will be closed from Friday, 21st September, 2018 to Friday, 28th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of holding the Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
