We would further like to inform you that for the financial year 2018-19, the Company shall submit Consolidated Financial Results on Annual basis. Accordingly, the quarterly results will be submitted by the Company on standalone basis.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from 04.08.2018 to 16.08.2018 (both days inclusive).
