On account of typing error the name of Director for change in designation from Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director was stated as Mr. Jagdish Chandar Chawla instead of Mr. Anupam Bansal.
In this regard, kindly read point No.-6 of the above mentioned outcome as follows:
'Change in Designation of Mr. Anupam Bansal, Non-Executive Independent Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director subject to the approval of Shareholders in upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.'
All other particular and details remain unchanged. The corrigendum shall be read with the Outcome of Board Meeting dated 31st July, 2018. The corrigendum is also being uploaded on the Company's website www.sbecsystems.com
