Head quartered in Silicon Valley PlanetPro is a global firm providing Salesforce.com, Analytics, and Customized Program services to enterprise clients. The Company also completed the sale of the staffing business of Bokanyi Consulting.
It is further informed that in compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Company intends to issue a press release highlighting the Acquisition.
