Orient/Stock Exch/Letter/101 dated 28th June, 2018 regarding closure of Company's plant. In this connection, we wish to sincerely submit that the Company's operations was shut from 27th June, 2018 till 13th July, 2018. Post 13th July, 2018, even though the Company partially started its operations, the issue is still impacting the operations of the Company. However, The Management is working hard to amicably resolve the situation & restore the operations on full-fledge basis at the earliest.
