In accordance with the Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP1/CIR/P/2018/73 dated April 20, 2018, the Company has processed the request letters to the shareholders who are holding shares in physical form informing them to update their PAN, Bank account and other details in Company's database. The Company has also intimated the shareholders that with effect from December 05, 2018, requests for Transfer of Securities held in physical form would be carried out in dematerialized form only. Therefore, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent and Company will not accept any request for transfer of shares in physical form with effect from December 5, 2018.
