1. Unaudited Financial Results (stand-alone and consolidated) for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2018. The said financial results together with Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon and the Newspaper publication issued by the Company are enclosed.
2. Re-appointment of Mr Tarun Sawhney (DIN:00382878) as Managing Director (designated as Vice Chairman & Managing Director) of the Company for a period of five years with effect from 1st October, 2018 and the remuneration payable to him, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of a special resolution.
